Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I am giving Papa Murphy's 5 stars all the way as we normally get awesome pizza, and service. Don't know what happened the other day. Didn't notice it until we got home. Somebody did a terrible job. Just check your pizza before you leave!!

I waited an hour and a half to pick this order. It was supposed to be ready by 5:45. I got there and it wasn't ready I said I'd come back in an hour. I showed up he still hadn't made it. I finally got it but this is unacceptable I feel like the owner needs to hire some more people. Or have longer wait times don't guarantee something if it's not going to be ready. Also I had asked for a refund. But neither employee that was there knew how to give one. I think some people need to be trained

Did not get monkey bread with order. No red sauce on either pizza. Asked for no cheese got cheese. Did not get cheese on pizza that was supposed to have cheese. Paid for extra sausage and extra beef. Sausage and beef were not even visible on top Will never order from this papa Murphys ever again

Placed an order online and realized forgot to add my toppings. I called the store to ask if they can add them. They said they said they’ll take care of it. When I Got my pizza, they added them! So very happy they saved the day!

100% Disappointed and feel totally ripped off! $11 for a tiny calzone and the dude working could care less 😡 haven't been there in 6 months and won't be going back anytime soon! Honestly 711 pizza is better and they cook for you! Do Not Recommend.
